Variability of NCEA pass rates analysed by top Auckland college
The principal of
Auckland's MacLeans College, Byron Bentley, has with his senior teachers
analysed the variability of NCEA pass rates from the past three years.
Mr Bentley says the team's work found big variations in pass rates in
NCEA over those three years, suggesting the problems are not teething
problems but a fault of the system.
